Check Writing Schedule
Just a short note to let everyone know the time frame of check processing. On Monday through Wednesday I process all paperwork, check requests and travel forms requesting per diem. That leaves Thursday and Friday to complete the process and print the checks. If you have a check request or need per diem for travel, if you could please have the paperwork turned in to me by Wednesday of the week before your travel date, I can have your check ready for you by the Friday afternoon before your conference travel date. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.

DBA Administrator
"DBA Administrator" simply means, that I am the one that will be loading new updates and software to our database and your individual computers for the Region 17 Service Center. Thank you for all your patience with these procedures.
